Here is a recent job we completed at Annerley. Structural support beam under a deck had seen better days and required replacement. We propped up the deck and replaced 12m of structural hardwood beam and also replaced 1 x support post that had seen better days!
What an amazing job our Team did in constructing the new front deck, Butterfly Stair Case and Landing at a client's house in Oxley.
We removed the original post war steel staircase and had our Asbestos contractor remove the asbestos eave linings at the front of the house.
We replace all the structural steel posts along the front with new 100 x 100 F27 structural hardwood posts.
Next we built a nice new deck out from the front entry door with stairs leading to a landing, followed by the Butterfly Stair Case leading to ground level.
An amazing transformation and one our client's were thrilled with!
David and Calsey did a great job rebuilding this Post War landing and staircase on a property in the suburb of Oxley.
The existing structure had a lot of wood rot and was collapsing. We duplicated the design and rebuilt the structure, however this time around we used galvanised steel stair stringers which will last a lifetime. All completed ready for the painter.
Our Team was called upon to re-construct this timber pergola frame and screen at the front of a property in Forest Lake. David and Calsey did a great job.
We had to support the steel structure above the timber work and remove the old rotten structure. Supplied all new H3 exterior treated structural pine framing and completed the job with 2 x coats of DWD Ultradeck with Merbau tint.

Before and after photos of a kitchen ceiling replacement after a major leak from the ducted air conditioning unit in the roof cavity of a property in Drewvale, Sth of Brisbane. Removed the damaged ceiling and cornice, had our Electrician replace the downlights for us and reset the new ceiling and cornices into place, fitted the rangehood canopy back into place and then finished off with some ceiling white and good as new!
This was an interesting kitchen modification we did for a client recently in Robertson. The client wanted to upgrade to a 900mm oven without the need to do major works to the fairly new kitchen. So we had a custom 900mm oven cabinet made with a small side cabinet as per client request . We removed the old oven and cabinet, removed the drawers on the RHS and fitted them to the LHS and installed our new custom cabinet and the client's new oven. Client was very happy with the result!

Our client in Holland Park, Brisbane was renovating their post war home and needed us to remove a wall between the kitchen and living room, in readiness for the new custom built kitchen installation. We created a bulkhead to preserve the original decorative cornice.
We completed the task from start to finish including all the setting and sanding of the plastering. One very happy client!

Created a paved area leading out from the townhouse and then prepped and laid artificial turf and a sleeper garden bed to finish off the courtyard. The client was very pleased with the outcome.
